| Application Process
|
In
order for your application to be processed, we must receive
a check or money order in the amount of $250 payable to Scott
Village.
This amount will cover your security deposit and your
application – lease processing fee. ($200 security deposit,
$50 application – lease-processing fee).
In the event
that we cannot offer you a lease, your security deposit will be refunded at your written request.
The $50 application processing fee is non-refundable. Space is reserved upon
signing of a separate lease agreement by all parties concerned.
Only annual leases will be accepted.
